Or any souffle, rhubarb, chocolate, strawberry... I've never had one or made one and right now I'm dying to try! :) I hate trying to find a recipe though. I always try to find the ultimate recipe (so I can make the perfect whatever the first time I try) but it is always such a jungle! However, I will get back to this whenever I've come long enough to try out a recipe or two. Meanwhile, I want my coconut souffle to look like this:
Soft, light, airy, fluffy and gorgeous. :)
