    I must say that I never saw icicles that big until this winter. They look like insanely huge spikes waiting to impale someone.

    I know... I've never seen them this big either. Some are really huge! Scary, huh? I keep thinking about what would happen... :S and while doing that, trying to stay out of their way :P
