new, new & new

So we went to IKEA the other day and now we've got a new pendant for the kitchen table (unsprayed as of yet and maybe we'll keep it this way? Kind of looks light (light) grey with all the white-white around...) and a big chest of drawers in the wardrobe. The drawers take a lot of space but then they give a lot of it too! So definitely worth it. And it's white :) of course.

And now I have somewhere to put all our cute baby clothes! Perfect! Ahh, can't W A I T! :) And here's how the wardrobe looked before.

for the kitchen table

I'm so definitely doing this! But I want my kitchen table pendant to be a light, soft, matte grey colour :) Well done IKEA!

I. Want. This. Lamp. For. My. Kitchen. [full stop]

Remember? I found this one that is very much within my reach. Oh, dear.

30 cm / 40 cm
From webshop CanCan Interiour. More pictures are on the way... from Swedish magazine "Allt i Hemmet". I absolutely LOVE it! And although it could probably be really really big and still be beautiful and a total stunner, I think I'd choose the 30 cm piece.
Once again: Oh. Dear.

Lamp Extraordinaire

Don't I just love this? Yes, I do! :) It's just flippin awesome (as one would say in Oz). What a beautiful way to recycle or reuse tea cups! Beautiful Recycling...

I want to have one for my kitchen table... Check it out here!

DIY jar lights

Genie in a bottle... Lamp in a jar... same same different. This is, however, the masterstroke of a genius. Really nice! It is a lamp made out of old jars. Here, specific "mason jars" but I should think the kind of jars matters less. Presumably. Except for the aesthetical point of view, of course. Another DIY project.
